Plus normal installation including excavation, plumbing and back fill. (Water fill, electrician and required permits are not included.)
Deluxe Pool Package:
1 1/2 horse power filter of your choice, 28/20 gauge commercial grade liner, premix portland concrete & vermiculite pool base, 3000psi concrete footing, main drain, automatic surface skimmer, 3 return inlets, stainless steel ladder, safety line & floats, starter chemicals, automatic chlorinator, vacuum set & maintenance kit, choice of walk-in steps, foam wall padding. Plus normal installation including excavation, plumbing and backfill. (Water fill, electrician and required permits are not included.)
Custom Pool Packages:
Any STANDARD or DELUXE package may be customized to meet your family’s needs and at a great price.

Although we can coordinate any or all of these extras, inground pool pricing packages do not include decking, fencing, landscaping, tree & stump removal, trucking charges, if needed, unforeseen ground conditions e.g. high water table, ledge, rocks, etc. or any other unusual conditions which are discovered and must be remedied at additional cost. Water delivery is not included, but one load is recommended. The owner is responsible for all costs necessary to obtain permits.
